Returns & Exchanges
-Return Window: We accept return requests within 14 days of item delivery.
-Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
-Initiating a Return: Customers must contact curator@themaisonvanguard.com prior to sending any items back. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
-If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and original packaging. We will issue a full refund or send a complimentary replacement immediately.
Refunds
-Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
-Approved refunds are credited automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
